24 Hour Touch Tone Banking is your connection to Farmers State Bank, giving you access to information you need most often, 24 hours a day.  Call 928-4040 or if you are outside of Parkston dial 1-888-459-4040 and have your account number and your PIN number available.  

With 24 Hour Touch Tone Banking Service, you can quickly and easily:

  • Make account balance inquires

  • Determine the last six transactions on your account

  • Verify social security deposits as well as other ACH or ATM transactions

  • Inquire about deposit rates and products

Before using 24 Hour Touch Tone Banking Service, you will need to contact the bank to activate your account(s) for this service.  To complete the activation process, you will need to call into the phone banking service by 4:00 pm (Central Time) on the day of activation.  To activate your account, please call us at 605-928-7991.

Once your account has been activated, call 928-4040 (local call) or 1-888-459-4040 (long distance).  Wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone.  You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose.   To access these selections from the Opening Menu, simply press the corresponding number(s) on your phone key pad.


INITIAL MENU

  1. For account information and funds transfer, press 1.

  2. Instructions on how to use this system, press 2.

  3. To repeat this menu, press 9.

  4.  To speak to a Customer Service Representative, press 0.


If you select (1) from the Opening menu to access the Account Menu, you will be asked to enter your account number and then press the (*) key.  Next, you will be asked to enter your PIN.  After your current account balance has been given, you will return to the Account Menu.  To return to the Main Menu, press (8).  Access these selections, when prompted to do so, by simply pressing the corresponding number(s) on your telephone key pad.


ACCOUNT SELECTION MENU

1. For information on checking & money market accounts, press 1.

2. For information on savings & IRA's, press 2.

3. For information on loan accounts, press 3.

4. For information on Certificates of Deposit, press 4.

5. To transfer funds, press 5.

8. To return to the previous menu, press 8.

9. To repeat this menu, press 9.

CHECKING MENU

1. For current balance information, press 1.

2. For last six withdrawals, press 2.

3. For last six deposits, press 3.

4. For ATM and other automatic transactions, press 4.

5. For specific check inquiry, press 5.

6. For interest information, press 6.

7. To change your PIN number, press 7.

8. To return to the previous menu, press 8.

9. To repeat this menu, press 9.

SAVINGS and IRA MENU

1. For current balance information, press 1.

2. For last six withdrawals, press 2.

3. For last six deposits, press 3.

8. To return to the previous menu, press 8.

2. For payoff information, press 2.

3. For last payment date, press 3.

4. For your next payment due date and amount due, press 4.

9. To repeat this menu, press 9.

CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT INFORMATION MENU

1. For current balance information, press 1.

2. For last interest paid, press 2.

3. For next interest payment date, press 3.

4. For maturity date, press 4.

5. For accrued interest, press 5.

6. For interest information, press 6.

7. To change your PIN number, press 7.

8. To return to the previous menu, press 8.

9. To repeat this menu, press 9.

FUNDS TRANSFER MENU

1. Enter your Funds Transfer User ID.

2. Enter your Four Digit PIN Number.

3. To Transfer funds from account number xxxxxx, press 1 or press 2, etc.

9. To repeat this menu, press 9.
